Located in Juticalpa, the capital of the largest department in Honduras, we are a K-12 bilingual institution serving the eastern region of Honduras. The school was founded in 1988 by Mark and Betty Skallman, who have lived in Honduras since 1980. Day-Star School is nationally accredited with the Honduran Ministry of Education and internationally accredited by Cognia.
